How are him and Arnie still alive? What's their secret?
>>77104451Good genetics and roids aren't as dangerous as people think. Most golden age bodybuilders live to their 70s and some to their 80s. Modern guys are dying younger cause they're doing more drugs and at higher doses
>>77104451>roids aren't as dangerous as people thinkarnold had multiple heart surgeriesif he wasnt rich af he would be dead by now
>>77104514Arnold also has a congenital heart defect which he got from his mother. She had the same surgery.
>>77104514>>77104556>Arnold Schwarzenegger’s mother, Aurelia, died in 1998 at age 76 from a heart attack, having refused necessary,,heart valve replacement surgery that at the time required high-risk open-heart surgery. She suffered from a genetic bicuspid aortic valve condition, which also affects Schwarzenegger
>>77104451>I ain't got time to bleedDopest line ever
>>77104514>>77104556>>77104568Arnold's heart defect was unrelated to steroids, however AAS abuse literally does kill heart cells through a process called ferroptosis:>Sex hormone-specific regulation of ferroptosis in vascular cells in atherosclerosis: molecular mechanisms and targeted strategies>https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/physiology/articles/10.3389/fphys.2025.1680625/fullThis is why you see some bodybuilders getting huge hearts with CHF and ACKing.
>>77104451child blood from their Rothschild handlers
>>77104556A simple google search on whag kind of heart surgeries he had will show you that your fact is absolutely unrelated to those surgeries.
>>77104451Why should they be dead? They're not that old.
>>77104669Bodybuilders get huge hearts due to chronic hypertension caused by AAS.
>>77104741>Arnold Schwarzenegger has undergone multiple cardiac procedures to manage a congenital heart condition (bicuspid aortic valve), including pulmonary valve replacements in 1997 and 2018, an aortic valve replacement in 2020, and the installation of a pacemaker in March 2024.Maybe you should have done the Google search first, kiddo.
Jesse probably hasn't done roids since 1985. Fucking Billy Graham was one dbol for literally forty years and lived to 79 lol. Pumping Iron cycles don't hurt you
>>77104451Tapering off steroids then dropping them altogether. Not everyone abuses them the way Piana did or lacks the fortitude to handle them in the first place like Zyzz. Plenty of dudes can maintain a respectable physique without them
>him are
>>77106366The golden age guys were smart enough to take breaks between cycles. These guys now are never off.
>>77106469You're retarded, cycling didnt become a thing until the 90's to early 2000's when IFBB did that one drug tested olympia and newer more potent designer drugs that arent just dbol or good old test/hormonal steroids with more side effects appearedThey had test, dbol, winstrol and primo. You can count what the junkiest one of them had in one hand but the difference is that they never got off. It's only in modern day that cycling off shit that enlarges your heart for even sniffing it became a thing
>>77106653>bodybuilders in the 70s didn't cycle off>bodybuilders cycle off in 2026Ahahahahah what a fucking retard.
>>77106682>Image of him laying back relaxed unpumped as "proof"You're so dumb how do you even not forget how to breathe
>>77104514This. And not many people know Arnold was on kidney dialysis for years too Roiding never comes without some damage to your health. But it's absolutely the case that the old school guys like Arnie and Jesse ventura were a lot more sensible about it, taking more reasonable compounds and doses. It's normalized today to be taking six gorillion grams of tren etc, so of course a lot of those guys end up kicking the bucket before they're 50Dorian Yates said it well, that the modern guys put way too much emphasis on the drugs they take and not enough on good old training and diet - like they want to make up for half arsed workouts by simply taking more test or whatever, as opposed to perfecting the training and diet and using more moderate doses on top of that
>>77106689>he just doesn't have a pump bro
>>77106735Same year (1977), same setKeep being a disingenuous jew
>>77104451They only roided doing moderate cycles with long offseasons for around 10 years and then stopped. Arnold's competitive career was shorter than the amount of time amateurs today permablast to earn their pro card. He probably took less gear in his entire life than the typical roidrat mass monster does in one year today.
>>77106653They didn't cycle. They just trained most of the year natty and only took drugs when prep started 12-16 weeks out or so. The drugs were seen as being toxic and unhealthy and they used them sparingly. Ask any bodybuilder from that time and he will tell you the same thing. They were guys who loved health and fitness and wanted to build great physiques, not mentally ill losers who are willing to die to get huge like today's bodybuilders.
>>77106802>different pants>no ring>no watchYou're so disingenuous, you must be jewish.
>>77106827lil' weiner
>>77106861Wrong.
>>77104451Being rich as fuck. Having the best doctors and trainers and eating top quality food.
They took less gear and didn’t take it for most of the yearThe other big difference is that they generally had a better athletic/sporting base. I am not a fan of Arnold whatsoever for many reasons but the guy could ski, cycle, swim and so on. Ventura was a frogman. Bill Kaz was a college football player. Geoff Capes was a track and field athlete. You get guys in bodybuilding and strongman now and there’s rarely a sporting, athletic base even at an amateur level
>>77104467Survival bias, tons of roiders die between 40-60.
>>77104451>What's their secret?Arnie has had three heart valves replaced and a pacemaker installed. His secret is immense wealth
>>77104451Cyborg
