>Inject fat people with a hormone that lowers their appetite
>They become normal weight
>Inject fit people with the same hormone
>They become underweight
>The dominant variable in controlling weight is revealed to be a passive background process and not related to willpower in any way
Skinny fags must be absolutely fucking seething at this revelation
>>
>skinnyfags
Rent free

you're missing the part where their brains are literally eating itself alive because they are eating so little now they don't recycle their amino acids anymore.
>>
>>77104857
willpower is the thing you would use to control you intake while you're helping your body adjust its production of the hormones in your body that normally regulate satiety. however this is difficult and once you go past a certain weight threshold it might actually be impossible to go back down naturally.
>>
>>77104866
what? can you explain more about this?
>>
>>77104870
Already underweight people are taking these drugs and starving to death and they're conflating that with obese people
>>
i think that after the first 6ish months of widespread ozempic use, people realized that there isn't really anything wrong with people using it
sure, people ate poorly before, but its not like ozempic makes you lose weight while eating a lot, it simply makes you eat less. its a medication that acts similar to gastric bypass.
also, at least in america, so many people are so overweight that a lot of people started using it (five people in my family and inlaws at this time), so it became a bit more difficult to shittalk the use of ozempic or other compounds.
all this to say, i dont think that skinnyfags are seething. i think that people who lost weight the "old fashioned" way are a bit upset they didn't have the help that glp-1 could have done.
i wonder what it would be like to have anorexia and be able to buy reta/tirz online. i wonder if the lack of hunger signals would snap them out of it
>>

>fat because you're unable to turn food into energy
>eat even less food
>body so starved for energy it begins to catabolize vital organs
>>
>>77104882
maybe I should clarify
>fat because you can't turn your diet of glyphosate-riddled paint thinner and petroleum-derived coloring agents into usable energy
>>

Amino acids have a shelf life and must be recycled every few days.
Now for normal people this means
>I eat food
>my muscle mass rejects old amino acids
>replaces itself with new amino acids
>salvages what it can from broken down amino acids
>the rest gets pissed or shit out
You have specific body parts that require amino acids and nutrients daily
>lungs, skin, brain, stomach
If you fast long enough, you cause yourself literal irreparable brain damage. It's not a debate, brain damage can sometimes happen at the best of times, at the worst of times with no fresh amino acids it's almost a guarantee depending on how long you fast.

Now this isn't as dramatic as I'm making it sound, but OZEMPIC™ literally slows down stomach function. People aren't just fasting they have reached a point they don't feel the need to ever eat food.
So a large portion of people are going multiple weeks into multiple months on minimal diets.
That's just not how the body works.
Sometimes you walk a little more, stay up a little longer, workout a bit harder, need to grind at work a bit more and you physically need nutrition.

Fat/Collagen is always the first thing to go. Which is why everyone looks like ghouls and is starting to get bad skin. Lung/stomach problems start appearing. Sleep issues and brain damage follows soon after.

>Skinny fags must be absolutely fucking seething at this revelation
It's a hormone in imbalance which is why fatties can't control themselves. I know some fatties who have to count calories or else they balloon up. Thing is they almost never work out.
Problem is, in a that point I my life where I can and will eat well beyond replacement so I roon and workout to give me a bigger deficit. It also makes me feel good but that's besides the point.

This is one hell of a fuckin reach dude lmfao

no it isn't, it's quantifiable you fucking dumbass.
hell the japanese have autistic studies of torturing prisoners to death in real time down to the exact hour when sleep deprivation begins, hallucinations happen, and eventual brain death.

the human body is meant to eat a surplus of food every few days, otherwise you will have a net amino acid loss. which means muscle mass will be cannibalized for all crucial amino acids.
glycine will become the limiting amino acid because 34% of your body is fucking collagen you retarded little jeet.
Muscle mass cannot supply glycine for all vital functions and the conversion rate from all sources native to the body is abysmal on a day to day cycle. It exist for bare minimum function, not sustainability.
God damn kid it's almost like you believe that intermittent fasting daily for years or long term fasting has no health consequences.
Now let me inject a drug into you that causes you to only be able to eat a meal once daily that isn't even sustainable for someone 1/2 your obese ass for multiple months.
you fucking god damn retard.

>it's quantifiable you fucking dumbass.
I'm glad you brought up the word "quantifiable".
Why don't you quantify for me at what caloric threshold this damage happens and then quantify how much people actually reduce their caloric intake to on even a moderate/high dosage of reta/ozempic?
>Now let me inject a drug into you that causes you to only be able to eat a meal once daily
Lovely strawman.

If we know
>total body mass, muscle mass, fat mass, and tendon mass
We can roughly determine TDEE, followed by daily requirements. leading to an eventual "you will have x problems at this day" scenario.
The more info give by you for the hypothetical, gives more accurate representation to the "near exact timeframe" you are wanting.
We have the japanese WWII studies, which proved
>exact weight mass of a human with no water in their body
>exact mass of bone if everything else is burnt
>time frames for minimal diets
>time frames for no diets
>all studies across the world involving any human ever (generalized)
>all animal studies from all of history involving animal starvation
We also know the brain has a minimum requirement of glucose daily for it to function, so even if you y'know just lay on the ground doing nothing. not moving at all. you still have a basic energy demand that is pretty hefty.
I think a fair estimate would be 300-500 calories are required by the brain daily, it's roughly 15-25% of your TDEE.

With minimal food we can determine how much you are gaining from said food, how much you are losing from muscle mass/tendon mass for necessary function, and we can ballpark a set amount of days, weeks, months until you would start having health issues.

As for your question on ozempic "how much calories are reduced" current metrics from their own sources are stating 67% of people have drastically reduced caloric consumption daily.
Or you know, you can use real tangible examples of people in the world and how they look.
If you do not support enough collagen in your diet for the skin around your eyes to become hollow. You are on such a restricted diet you are causing health problems.
Ozempic face is incredibly common and the average person on Ozempic looks like pic related. it's even a joke that you can tell who is using it so we can ostracize the losers who have no self control.

>if you're going to shitpost please make an attempt.
In that guy's defense, you started making shit up as soon as you said "human body is meant to eat a surplus of food every few days".
There's a lot more wrong with your diatribe, but it's more of misunderstanding how the body works than a flat out malicious lie.
>As for your question on ozempic "how much calories are reduced" current metrics from their own sources are stating 67% of people have drastically reduced caloric consumption daily.
I noticed you avoided my first question so I'll readdress it again. What calorie intake does this happen at? Is it at 1800 calories? 1600? 1400? 1200? 1000? If someone were to do a PSMF and still get 0.7-1.0g/lb of protein would you still see these problems?
Now to re-address the 67%. What does "drastically reduced" mean? 25%? Going from 2500 to 1900 calories? You really think someone would get brain damage from consuming 1900 calories? What about the fatlords going from 5000 calories to 2500 calories? Same brain problems?
>collagen in your diet
You realize that dietary collagen gets broken down into amino acids, not directly translated to your body as collagen, right? You already get the amino acids from collagen in other sources of protein like eggs, beef, and I'm pretty sure chicken as well.
>skin around the eyes to become hollow
I hate to break it to you, but that's just from people losing weight. People have very different fat distribution genetics.
>ozempic face is incredibly common
mmm no. No more common than it was a decade ago. Side note: I did find it hilarious that when I reverse image searched your picture, it came from a med spa site advertising their botox/laser skin treatments...with the pictures reversed. I'm going to pretend like your selection in pictures was simply on accident and not intending to mislead others.

I already said if you're going to shitpost put some effort into it.
>HURR DURR YOUR BODY DOESN'T NEED A SURPLUS
Yes it does in all models, you cannot maintain muscle mass unless you have a surplus and if you continue to cut at a loss your body will lose muscle mass.
This isn't even taking into account hormonal response from cutting.
If you're on /fit/ and you don't even know that, you need to lurk moar before posting. You haven't been on here long enough to have an opinion.

Or in shorter words
>shitpost better
you could have started out mildly agreeing with me on, but you took the absolute dumbest hill to die on in the very fist line of your post.
Put some fucking effort into your post for god sake man, this is why /fit/ is now full of jeets and everyone worth their salt jumped ship.
You've got newfags unironically posting your bodies don't need nutritional minimums.
>>
>>77105084
Your body doesn't need a surplus to maintain muscle mass, anyone who counts calories and has competed can attest to this. You really have no idea what you're talking about. Post physique?
>hormonal response from cutting
How is this related to your original point of "your brain is literally eating itself alive"? You're backpedaling and adding new caveats to your unhinged rants in a desperate attempt to not look like a guy who gets 90% of his info from AI searches.
>lurk moar before posting
Was never a thing on fit. Glad you made the transition from b though.
>mildly agreeing with you
There's nothing that was correct. I'm not going to lie to appease your nonsense.
>everyone worth their salt jumped ship.
Nice implication that you're worthless. This might be the only thing I agree with you on.
>You've got newfags unironically posting your bodies don't need nutritional minimums.
I don't even know what this is supposed to mean, ESL pal.
