6' 320lbs with gout that's finally in remission. should I get a Keiser M3?
>>77105482overpriced garbo>muh stainlesswipe the fucking bike down lmao fatty
>>77105482Who knows? Fitness equipment is probably the most abandoned consumer good sold because it's easy to be picky about it when you're sweating and miserable for 45 minutes while using it. Little things get on your nerves and make you less willing to get back on it. Like the seat not feeling right or being at the wrong angle.
Just look up a proper setup for a bicycle. There is no was your knee will be above your toe ball with whatever that shit is.
get a concept2 bikeerg, zone 2 forever to your video slop of choice, it's that simple
>>77105757there's a million adjustments on that thing, why wouldn't it be?
I used to work with some commercial used equipment and I wish I'd bought one when I could get a discount. Still vaguely saving for one, but mostly for space savings and being tired of bad bearings and worn out friction pads. I don't even bike that much but many bikes are just low quality. If you buy used, check the frame where it joins the base. I saw a lot with heavy rust down there. Make sure to try it first, it may be small for you.
if youre 320lbs the only thing you need to do is walk outside and eat at a deficit
>>77106232>walkyeah unfortunately I'm crippled, have a handicapped plate and all>outsidealso have exercise related asthma so since winter finally hit I'm trapped inside until aprilregardless that's what I'm working up to, building muscle and cardio so I can walk outside and go back to my trike which has been in the rafters for 3 years while I've been sick.
>>77105482a treadmill is better, just walk
Get a trainer and use your regular bike.A few years ago I splurged and bought picrel (Kinetic Rock & Roll); it was pricy and takes up more floor space, but it lets you wobble from side to side like you would on a real bike, which feels much more natural (and might give me a better core workout) than the fixed bike trainers that are smol.I see no reason to buy a dedicated piece of equipment like this when you could just get a trainer and use your bike.
