Why did he do it?
those are obviously not the same weights
those are obviously the same weights
novice here, why is he such a big meme? He seems legit enough, his advice sounds about right, but I see a lot of people shit on him
those are obviously the same
>>77105591His advice wasn't the worst, but he did some fake plate lifts and ruined his credibility
>>77105540>>77105553>>77105566>>77105591>>77105595imagine giving a fuck about some roid tranny influencer
those are obviously not the same
>>77105540>Why did he do it?Because he filmed videos all day and needed to be able to lift in all of them without getting tired, that's what he saidAlso probably is weaker than he would like people to know
>>77105540He explained it in a video you should watch.
>>77105540Because his videos are not all filmed within a single 10 minute take lol
>>77105591Because of the lying and bullshit he throws in to have a content cycle. He's still reputable for one or two things form checks/tips on how to perform exercises, and how to work around having bad mobility or an injury. But the more he gets out of that wheelhouse the more bullshit he fills his stuff with.
>>77105591>had decent vids 5 years ago>ran out of content, started making slop>fake deadlift lol
>>77105676Link?
>>77105591He's a great example that demonstrates the core issue when it comes to fitness "advice" (youtube, influencers). There is only so much good advice and content you can produce. Once you have exhausted that you have to rehash or come up with meme variations or new fads. It's understandable, but at some point you are also losing credibility. It's also why some influencers hopped on the science wagon, because "new" findings in science mean they have new content to produce, even if there is no solid evidence for any of it. The entire fitness industry is 90% bullshit, because the 10% are very simple and everyone knows it already. The only reason the content still works is because people still hope there's a secret shortcut or an easier way to do it, somewhere hidden in that 90% pile of shit.
>>77105591Like every retard on youtube he presents you cookie cutter form advice and CICO for diet then shoves you full of his own dogmatic drivel in-between every obvious thing every intermediate already knows so that your goycattle retarded brain associates the verifiable information with his dubious garbage and now they're both legit for your little useless noggin
>>77106349Some of the meme exercises are fun. I like watching fitness YT because I get some ideas for shit to mix into my routines to make them less boring.
>>77105591i thinks it's more because of the vibe he gives of. same reason why people shit on that ogre jew and the gigadwarf.
I watched his most recent "perfect back workout" from 2025 which is called "science based" in his vid and its merely just a bunch of machines and thats it Some other advices are ok and thats it too I wouldn't trust this guy if he were to train me even for free
>>77106015Well, I would... but the reason *you* can't find it is because the "Internet native" generation has high thirst for Internet drama and the "reaction" video noise (metacommentary and metamasturbation) completely buries the actual signal. They're all ghouls eating ghouls, and this is the result.
>>77106449Cool thesis, fagnard. I tried to find Jeff's video relating to this and it doesn't exist. I doubt he's ever reacted to the controversy at all.
>>77105623is that why last i watched him, every rep on any exercise looked like max effortsilly guy
>>77105540Views & ego
>>77106471Translation: "You were objectively correct." That's all you had to say. It's not like I'm asking you to surrender your anus or something like that. You can admit you were wrong.
>>77107210he was wrong and I saw it.
