SEVERELY LOW TESTOSTERONE LEVELS FOUND IN MARATHON SPRINTERS
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5988228/
>>
>For instance, it is not uncommon for a marathon or ultra-distance runner to perform 150 to 200 kilometers of intensive running per week
Fucking idiot op
>>
>>77106473
Fuck, it ruins gainz. NO CARDIO!
>>

This is why you just walk.
Poofter running kills you.
>>
Man, running turns you low T and gives you colo-rectal cancer. Are there any upsides at all?
>>
>run for long distances
>body thinks it's in survival mode
>body stops making T and focuses on surviving solely
yes running for endless amount of hours is retarded and humans aren't built for it. Infact, sprinting short distances increases your T levels.
>>

>doing more than the bare minimum for a given fitness goal
Your muscles store lactic acid and cortisol spikes, runners high is a myth, your body after not gorging after goes low bmr stores more fat and builds less muscle. You keep doing you it's not like I know what I'm talking about or have anything to show for it. David goggins is perfectly strong hybrid athletes are the epitome of health endurance not speed.
>>
>>77106566
>usually hill sprints
Your central gyroscope mistakes the gravity for lifting weights and subsequently increases T as a precaution, not a long term effect.
>>
>>77106461
>spend a minimum of 3 hours working out daily every single day
>switch between running, bicycle, swimming
>be 36 and have above average testosterone levels for my age

I swear Jeets make these fucking studies.
Eat some beef tallow and drink some water, you'll be fine kids.

This. Everyone knows marathonrunners are the epitome of masculinity.

shitpost all you want, when you reach your late 20s and your dick stops working don't come crying. don't bother responding. this thread is the epitome of /fit/. a bunch of jeets afraid to actually live.

But on pounds and pounds of beef without teaching the heart how to feed it blood,
Smart plan buddy.
>>
No one here runs 150-200km/week and it will be hard to find someone that does even if you live in a large city. These are super-elite numbers
>>
2 sets is pushing it
3 sets is practically cardio
remember this rule 100% of the time btw
>>
>>77106461
It's actually about the low animal fat diet rather than just running
>>
Nobody here is a “marathon sprinter” nobody here runs that long that hard. There are some runners here but my money is nobody here can balls out sprint a half marathon. Hell a 5k at sprint pace is hard on a body marathon sprinting is something else entirely.
>>
Most gymcels turn to cardiomaxxing once their muscle gainz are maxed out because cardiomaxxing can be progressively trained for 6-10 years. To max out cardio gainz as an intermediate you need to train 8-12 HOURS a week and if you don't do the vast majority of your training at a lower heart rate you will eventually turn into a skinnyfat poofter with 0 test due to overtraining.

>Marathon (wr 13 mph)
>Sprint (Bolt max speed almost 28mph)
Choose one
