No one here runs 150-200km/week and it will be hard to find someone that does even if you live in a large city. These are super-elite numbers

Nobody here is a “marathon sprinter” nobody here runs that long that hard. There are some runners here but my money is nobody here can balls out sprint a half marathon. Hell a 5k at sprint pace is hard on a body marathon sprinting is something else entirely.
Most gymcels turn to cardiomaxxing once their muscle gainz are maxed out because cardiomaxxing can be progressively trained for 6-10 years. To max out cardio gainz as an intermediate you need to train 8-12 HOURS a week and if you don't do the vast majority of your training at a lower heart rate you will eventually turn into a skinnyfat poofter with 0 test due to overtraining.
