What's the most efficient way of acquiring mobility?

>>77107250merry lards really should work on this motion. Achilles tears are no joke
I learned a really dumb secret in jailDo really shallow squats, basically just dip your hips down just a couple inches. Do it as fast as you can. Do 500 reps, then rest a minute, then 500 more, and suddenly by magic you will have full squat mobility.
>>77107304Is this trolling?
>>77107250all apes have full squat mobility
>>77107250squatting like this depends on your genetics since the different races have different femur bones
>>77107321No. It worked. It's not a joke though you have to make an effort with it, as hard and fast as you possibly can on every rep. Try it now.
>>77107359How deep do i need to squat? What stance width?
>>77107375Stand as if you were about to jump. When I say a couple inches I don't mean literally two inches I mean more like probably 8 inches, and you have to do it until it actually gets hard. Hold a pace where you're doing maybe 2.5 squats every second or a bit faster. It worked for me as a 5'11 guy with normal length femurs who had never been able to squat heel to floor beforehand.
>>77107250repeat the movement, multiple times a day, every dayfor example, every time I brush my teeth, I do it in a full squat
>>77107250Bump
>>77107250by actually having a dedicated mobility training routine. you can do them on rest days only if you weren't sore from yesterday's workout.as for routine, just stretch every muscle group you think needs stretching. i achieved doing the front and middle splits from doing literal meme exercises kek, and i was somewhere around 27% bodyfat
Barbell ankle stretches and ATG squat holds, otherwise you're just fucking around
>>77107250Secret: Western squat > full squat because it trains triple extension
