>>77108763This is the first long wait time issue I've ever had. Last time I broke my ankle I was diagnosed and casted that day and got a CT within 2 days after I got it off, the turnaround between tearing my meniscus and my surgery was less than a week.
>>77108733Milk, coffee, aspirin, vitamin D, vitamin K should all quicken the recovery and make you feel a bit better. Also make sure you are having BMs often. Whenever I get an injury I tend to become to go less often, so a carrot salad speeds that up and makes me feel better.

Such bullshit they should be able to identify broken bones and everything then need from the x ray. If your bone broke the ligament is not going to be torn.

I just got back from crashing about a Brazilian times snowboarding because the snow wasn't compacted enough, and didn't have any injuries whatsoever with only a little padding, even hyper-extending ankles a few times.>t. eats a fuck-ton of minerals doctors generally haven't heard of
>>77108733probably a bit of bro science but my tip would be to do some cold exposure/cryotherapy to keep your ankle as is until surgery. what you don't want is starting a recovery protocol that would make your ankle regenerate in a weird/fucked up way. after surgery you can hop on peptides and all the supplements
