Two different exercises.

Retards saying Upright Rows are bad, are just parroting the youtube "influencer" content that they gulped up like a whore without any thoughts of their own.

Upright Rows, espcially EZ Bar and One handed Dumbell ones are easily top 3 exercise for Upper Back, Traps, Delts, the general thickness that you can see even in clothes. It's a literal fucking ROW and Rows are GOAT when it comes to muscle building. Being strong at Upright Rows will improve other lifts as well.
