im a 500lb man and ive started to move more recently. my original goal was 2k steps a day and then i moved up to 4k a day. it feels too easy for me and i dont feel like im doing enough but i also dont want to overdo things. i would walk back in forth in my house for about 10m and be at 2k or near 2k. it doesnt seem realistic

i think it could be inaccurate because im so fat that when its in my pocket its moving more than the average person so it could be double counting or something. google said this is very unlikely.

do you think this is a problem? and if so what could be the solution? an apple watch? or some other fitness watch? or what could i do?????

don't know how to help but I can tell you that my Apple Watch always records the same amount of steps as phone in pocket
why not hold the phone instead of keeping it in the pocket?
could even get one of these running shits

Hello lard elemental anon, let’s do some basic math.
You say you walk for 10 minutes (600sec) and the app says you walked 2000 steps. Thats over 3 steps a second. You are a deathfat. There is no way you are taking that many steps that fast.

this might be a good idea, ive just been told that the pocket was the best and counted the best

Dude if you are 500 lbs "overdoing" things should not even be on your radar.
You'll be out of breathe and drenched in sweat tired well before you even get close to overdoing things.

The OP is a gigantic fat fuck retard, do you read?

As a literal earth sized human why would you even start out with more STEPS per day? Sure, you can work your way up to steps, but it's unlikely that you'll get anywhere if you start with steps.
Get your fat ass on reta and buy the $300 merach spin bike on amazon. It will be absolutely brutal as indoor cycling can be, but you'll actually make progress
