How the fuck do people even get high cholesterol, I'm fit and have also been a fat fuck years ago and never had it in high levels. Meanwhile I have other friends who have high LDL and have to go on specific diets
>>
high cholesterol is fine as long as you don't eat white bread or sugar

Big genetics blackpill incomin' breh: foods you eat modify a huge amount of gene expression, including different mechanisms relating to how your body processes cholesterol. Most people can induce either high or low cholesterol through dietary modifications, even if they have genetic factors that predispose them to being in either direction. It's just easier or harder for different people in different directions, sometimes requiring far more molecules than others.

Im losing weight and cholesterol is elevated.

Also cholesterol test by itself only indicates a brief moment. It doesn't show what your cholesterol level was on average throughout the week.

I drink milk, anon
>>
>>77109044
Literally everyone can drink milk. Even in the most extremely lactose intolerant regions of the world, it's still only 70-80% of the population. Absolute worst case scenario, which is Myanmar for whatever reason, 1/4 people can drink milk without any problems.

It's a really weird metric for Timmies to obsess over. You know you've really hit rock bottom when it comes to having any meaningful achievements in your life when you're reduced to taking pride in lactase persistence.

That's pretty much life in general. Only problem is that people in general dislike hard things. Its not hard losing fat or even making lots of money, people just dont want to put in the work.

There is some debate over whether LDL and HDL actually matters but le studies have shown that niacin in the form of nicotinic acid converts LDL to HDL so you could try that along with diet and exercise but no one on /fit/ actually does that.

eating beef and eggs everyday is good for you, just dont fry any of it in seed oils like a retard
