Incline Bench, Overhead Press, Weighted Pull-ups, and Bulgarian Split Squads

The thinking man's compounds
>>

I know this is bait, but I unironically believe this.
Weighted pull-ups are easily the best back exercise, skipping OHP is for pussies, and DB inclines just feel so good. BSS is probably the most controversial take here, but I think it's a good alternative for retards who can't trust themselves to use proper form on a squat

Deadlifts are actually fantastic for maximizing injury

Replace Bulgarian with belt squat and this is the core of my workout.

Except RDLs
RDLs are S-tier

What do i do instead? I'm a noob at this but i noticed after starting my lower back and legs start spazzing out in bed like they're possessed. Even wakes me up sometimes so it's annoying as fuck.
I'm doing
>Squats
>Deadlifts
>Bench press
>OHP
>Rows

Post lifts

If you're a noob, your body just hasn't adapted to it yet. If you keep at it, it will get better.
That being said, deadlifts are great for building strength, but aren't that great if you just want to "look" bigger.
>>
>>77114660
depends on your goals
if it's physique swap them out for something like
>hack/pendulum squat
>RDL/SLDL
>incline press
>seated behind the neck or machine press
>chest supported rows
>>
>>77114762
I'm just looking to get fit for now and put on mass since i'm skinny. Maybe once i am used to it i might want to try getting "bigger." So strength.
>>77114765
I'll try these next time. My biggest issue is the weird back/leg spazzing but stretching before bed has been helping a lot but i did get elbow pain for about two weeks too at the very beginning. I think that was just being too eager and not locking down form.

These are the core of my routine as well. It’s not because I think they are optimal lifts, maybe they are or maybe they aren’t, I simply do them because they are fun!

Based and joy-pilled
>>

For me it's
>OHP
>barbell row
>flat bb bench
>highbar squat
>weighted chins
>RDL
>>
>>77114804
Based weighted chin-up enjoyer
Great alternative to curls
>>
>>77114368
I like BSSs, but they gas the shit out of me. I can't even finish my leg day after

>>
>>77114611
Its not impressive. I have never lifted weights in my life.
>>

>dips
>chinups
>high pull
>push press
>box squat
