That barbell and weights are shit. The plates have non-standard sizes and won't fit on an olympic barbell. Spent the extra money and get something decent.
I mean you can definitely make gains off of its just crappy equipment and will limit you.
The rack itself looks sort of ok. Not sure how much you can extend those bars to be high enough to do squats though.

Extremely similar to my setup you can make good gains on the olympic lifts but the fact that both stanchions aren't connected is a little concerning. Also agree with other anons about nonstandard bar being shit. Plus those screw on "clips" will fucking kill you if you have a bench accident alone.

To rest in luxury between sets. My home gym rest chair is a used computer chair I picked up off my neighbor's curb. It couldn't have been more than $40 new, the armrests are cracked, and there's a large brown stain right where my balls rest. Nothing in a commercial gym could even compare to its comfort.
