Ever since i started dropping protein from internet meme levels of 200g+ a day to 100g, and bumping carbs up my lifting sessions have been insane, insane pumps, can just keep going and going without going flat. Runs and bike rides have been crazy too, my 5ks usually feel sluggish and it takes a while to get warm and limber, now i just feel warm and ”ready” all the time. Sleep went from 6-6.5h with mostly light sleep, now easily hit 8.5-9hThis peating shit is no joke
