So things I noticed

like I said did unlock my piriformis in a way that figure 4 and 90/90 doesn't quite hit and it feels great.
something about locking down the hips in lengthened positioned while gently stretching back made those fuckers just rip apar.

Yeah I got diminishing returns pretty quickly, but for a very short like "whoa" moment it was huge initial gains.
Biggest thing is if you have a big dick or balls this is an absurdly painful position to max out. So I recommend kind of lifting everything out of the way when you start the position otherwise when you cross your legs into the deeper position it will crush everything.
Guess the joke that indians have micro penises is true. because they act like this is one of the easier positions to get into.
the more I sit into it the more the junk issue becomes a problem.
