What genes get upregulated and downregulated in muscle and fat loss/gain is largely known information by now. You can do reverse network pharmacology on those corresponding proteins and modulate many of their expressions with str8 diet/supplements.

On a side point, there's things that weight doesn't help with. Exemplifying this is complicated like one would find it hard to give an actual example of "natty limit" considering all the well poisoning there is around. Some guys with great genetics roid too soon, some bloatmaxx too soon so we never know how far they would make it at a healthier weightThings like cleans deadlifts power jerks etc are obviously influenced by weight but i doubt it makes a difference with OHP or curls for example where you're restricted in motion and inherently cant use leverage if you do a strict lift not a push press
