I've been doing this oyakodon recipe but with ground beef instead. Honestly a very decent way to make how many grams of beef from raw to eatable using no oil and no prep in under 10 minutes. Jap home cooking is the way to go men, they have dozens of these low calorie low effort recipes.

bison chili
>take several dried chili peppers, toast them briefly in a pan, then put in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let stand for ~5 minutes, then remove from the water and transfer to a food processor. Add 1 can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, a couple raw garlic cloves, some of the water from the peppers, and some adobo seasoning. Process into a paste.
>Meanwhile, begin browning 1 lb ground bison with 1 whole yellow onion, seasoned with more adobo powder. Once you start seeing some brown color on the bison meat, add your chili paste, mix, and let cook on low for some time. Serve topped with a dollop of nonfat greek yogurt, some cheddar cheese, and green onions.
thai coconut curry
>dice one onion, one jalapeno pepper, and one bell pepper, then add them to a dutch oven with some oil and cook until they soften. Then add a diced knob of ginger and several diced cloves of garlic. Cook until fragrant.
>if using chicken/fish/etc, you can add your meat here. If using shrimp, WAIT
>Once fragrant and the meat has started to cook, add one can of light coconut milk, half a can of water, and your curry paste of choice. Simmer until your curry reduces.
>If you use shrimp or another delicate meat, only add it right before serving and give it only a couple minutes in the simmering liquid until it cooks through.
>Serve with a dollop of nonfat greek yogurt, naan, etc.

Fiber slows down digestion tremendously which basically makes food rot in your gut, why would it beneficial at any capacity unless you have some condition where food passes right through your gut

I am only surviving because chicken thighs are still like a dollar something a pound. One bird flu is all it will take for me to bend the knee and get a fucking job. I have been living on grilled chicken thighs, eggs, rice, beans, and occasional deenz.

Prana is absorbed from the food by the nerves of the tongue, mouth and teeth. The act of mastication liberates this Prana, by separating the particles of the food into minute bits, thus exposing as many atoms of Prana to the tongue, mouth and teeth as possible. Each atom of food contains numerous electrons of food‑prana, or food energy, which electrons are liberated by the breaking‑up process of mastication, and the chemical action of certain subtle chemical constituents of the saliva, the presence of which have not been suspected by modern scientists, and which are not discernible by the tests of modern chemistry, although future investigators will scientifically prove their existence. Once liberated from the food, this food‑prana flies to the nerves of the tongue, mouth and teeth, passing through the flesh and bone readily, and is rapidly conveyed to numerous storage‑houses of the nervous system, from whence it is conveyed to all parts of the body, where it is used to furnish energy and “vitality” to the cells.

It's not my recipe, but I meal prep Bryan Johnson's super veggie every weekday.
https://youtu.be/wHx51zMqmcg

Some changes I make to make it a bit cheaper and easier (for 5 meals)
>I add 2 chicken breasts (approx. 700g)
>I use 1kg frozen broccoli and 500g frozen cauliflower
>I use 500g sliced regular mushrooms instead of shiitake
>I use bottled lemon juice (you can find it in the sauce section)
>I use black lentils now, but French lentils are very similar if you can't find them
>Cumin is way cheaper from either the Indian section or a separate Indian grocery, don't buy it from the spice section.
>I boil the garlic and the ginger (both sliced) with the lentils - just add them a bit before the end

Also some technique tips that I share any time I get a chance:
>The lentils just get rinsed, boiled for 25min and drained, they don't need to soak.
>Fry the whole chicken breasts for 4 min per side, and then put them in a 200C oven for 13min. Let them rest while you serve up the other ingredients.
>The broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms will need a pretty big/heavy pot. If you have a double sink then you can use the middle divider like a fulcrum to drain the pot with the lid.
