They get the basic answers about hygiene, building up to be more social, eating well etc. Here it's obviously more focused on fitness first (and should be).I do agree with you that men tend to want to try and fit themselves into whatever the ideal is considered at the time more often than women who tend to have more varying ideals and acceptance.
