Ok but what about the anti-noooootrients?
>>77145274His videos pre 2023-24 were tame in regards of nutrition (basically just aajonus) but unhinged when it comes to sociology and daily life and relationships etc tho he made a lot of senseNow he dishes out outlandish nutrition claims but his relationship opinions are lame and mainstream, there's huge odds he's just being obnoxious on purpose to get views
>>77145286>weak jobless retard tries to stay relevant on youtube so he can continue being joblessnobody has every done before, no way man
Are all latvians like this?

>>77145274The speed with which vegans age has convinced most sensible people as to the truth of natural foods for a long time now. That fad was a 2014 thing. It's really obvious that plant foods aren't healthy for various reasons. Now his stance on raw vs cooked is actually more contestable. He seems to exaggerate the extent to which cooking degrades nutrients, and he pretends that cooking with fire never happened in our ancient past.

>>77145339>He seems to exaggerate the extent to which cooking degrades nutrientsHe's completely right about cooking degrading nutrients. He may be a retard on other things, but he's completely right about that one.Water-soluble vitamins like B group are mostly destroyed with most forms of cooking. These are the vitamins the lack of which literally makes people's brains shrink, especially in vegans/vegetarians. There are lots of other vitamins and minerals in fish/meat/eggs/milk that are heat-sensitive too. Vitamin C and vitamin A for example.Cooking also destroys the heat-sensitive enzymes that allow for autolysis (self-digestion) of the food. Having to produce extra enzymes has a cost, the body doesn't produce them for free, it greatly accelerates aging. In fact, one of the main biomarkers of aging is your ability to produce enzymes, which declines much faster from eating cooked meat/eggs/milk instead of raw for most of your life. All this information he learned it from Aajonus Vonderplanitz, a controversial nutritionist. The problem is that he's a freak and him being associated with it makes it seem crazy by association. Most people who deny the benefits of raw meat do so out of pure ignorance and fear. They are told that raw meat and raw dairy is dangerous and deadly by the institutions and hysterically hold their belief that cooked is better out of pure fear.Anyone who's actually tried both cooked and raw meat immediately knows first hand that raw is superior in every way. You shouldn't even be giving your opinion if you haven't tried raw for at least a few weeks, though you'll be convinced of its superiority by the first few days of it.It's like hearing a blind person argue with you about the colors of things, you have no clue whatsoever.
>>77145556Cooking also destroys the heat-sensitive enzymes that allow for autolysis (self-digestion) of the food.Having to produce extra enzymes has a cost, the body doesn't produce them for free, it greatly accelerates agingHeard this a few times now, and it's laughable garbage. For a start, only a tiny number of foods contain what you would call 'self-digesting enzymes' and most of those are fruits and some probiotic foods that you can eat uncooked anyway. Meat and fish, along with most vegetables do not contain these types of enzymes in significant amounts so advising people to eat raw meat on that basis is moronic.
>>77145504He lost short term but on the long run goatits was correct
>>77145585As I already said, the opinion of people who haven't tried raw meat is completely worthless. If you had tried it, you would know first hand that it's true just from how incredibly light in the stomach the meat is, and you'd know all the muh science is wrong about it.Also, this argument only applies to raw animal-based foods (meat, fish, eggs, milk). Raw plants are a completely different matter and processing such as cooking is necessary because our digestive organs aren't made to eat them. We are carnivorous apex predator animals, and our digestive organs are very similar to cats, wolves, dogs, etc. (inb4 that bullshit vegan infograph about dentition).Again, I'm not gonna bother trying to convince someone who has no experience with it and is too terrified to try. Like arguing with the blind about colors.
>>77145339>He seems to exaggerate the extent to which cooking degrades nutrientsit's correct nonethelessthe line between novel esoteric knowledge and schizophrenia is fine
>>77145608I'll go very rare on steak but eating it raw tastes like pure shit. Maybe it's just a mental block but it doesn't do it for me.
He went full retard when he stopped "believing" in molecules and beyond. The silly thing is he believes plants have "toxins" or "poisons" but he does not believe in micro or macro nutrients. >>77145504>brutally mogged by androgenickek
