That said, if you get lucky, you can find yourself working with genuinely hard working, decent, hilarious dudes.If you're serious about the trades I'd advise you do whatever you can to get the tools and skills together to strike out on your own, then you get to have a little more say about who you work with.If you're working on big sites/projects, you're just going to have to learn to deal with shitheads because you're going to come across no end of them. Best to just keep your head down and let your work speak for you. Really though I'd say go do something else.
