Why do vegantroonies mald so hard about keto in particular? Why not regular low carb/ high protein enjoyers? Why not the average american omnivore slobs pre-packaged and processed maxxing? Hell, why not carnivore which is practically their polar opposite? They mald about all of these of course, but why is keto seemingly their number 1 enemy? For the record, I've never done keto unless you count incidentally entering ketosis while fasting. I've been low carb, but I always keep my brotein intake way too high for keto.
Most anti keto people can't fathom a world where eating dessert and junk food snacks regularly isn't normalized so they trot out every argument in the book and reason down from there

I dont think it's vegans particularly, keto vegans are a thing. It's gymcels who cant formulate an opinion of their own and take WHO guidelines as gospel. They cant fathom having an opinion of your own that doesn't match the usual contrarian simplistic broscience of 300g protein a day CICO rice and chicken + multivitamin approach. They think they can cheese life by avoiding dietary discourse or disregarding it, you cant.
