Which frame is worse for achieving an aesthetic physique, narrow shoulders and wide hips as a man, or broad shoulders and narrow hips as a woman?

women just inject botox to slim their shoulders down and can get implants for butt.
so i'd say women since they're expected to take the options that exist.
men can get by with abs/tone physique as long as they turn off ppl tagging them in photos where they're mogged.
