I've been taking creatine for 2 months, it was supposed to help for a better recovery and more resistance but I only feel cramps, contractures, and a wird feeling like the muscle burns.I don't lift, I kick and punch shit. also maybe it's because of my age, but I cut this a couple days ago to see if it makes any difference.

I take it with vitamin c, zinc, copper and beta-alanine with breakfast (protein). Dump the mix in a small jar, add syrup optionally, fill with water, shake, and down the hatch in one go.
