Today: 189 lbs Aug 19, 2025: 174 lbs I am a crazy person, and I dislike rules or structure. My squat and lat pull down are the only things which have improved. Mostly because lat pull downs are the only thing I enjoy. I straight-up do not do deadlifts anymore. Bench, squat, and lat downs are all I can bring myself to do anymore. I've started to try and run again. I hate it, too. My lat pull down, the only thing I enjoy, is 200 pounds with proper form. I can't increase the weight anymore on the machine, even with plates. Keep telling myself I will start cutting seriously but my appetite is literally so huge I struggle. Like if I buy a pack of chicken I eat the pack of chicken, I eat 1kg Greek yogurt with 5 melted bananas, honey, almond butter, chia and flax seeds and a packet of blueberries in one serving regularly. I never have less than 6 eggs at a time usually with bacon and sourdough, one day that I walked loads I had 20 fried eggs. Today I wanted to be healthy but ended up eating 1.2kg of carrot sticks and a full tub of Houmous. If I don’t eat this volume all I can think about is food. About 3000-4000kcals a day, I try to out activity it as I find this works better than earring less. I do bench, inclined bench with dumbbells and triceps extensions with rope for one day. Then the other day I do pullups, dumbbell rows for back, bicep curls and butterfly. That's my split. And I spend 40 minutes working out most of the time. I work out until failure too. I'm maybe looking to step my exercising up though by signing up to go to a gym, I can bench 75 kilos (165 lbs) right now which is more than I weigh. But as I said, my split sucks, it could be way better than it is right now, I do about 3 exercises a day which is far from optimal even though it's high intensity.

>>77160749Alright lads I did it, hit 175lbs (at 6'5") on the scale today which was my original goal back in December, so 17lbs of fat down. I have not lost any strength but only gained strength in all my lifts throughout the duration. Probably still have at least 4lbs to go but I'm just going to go back to eating maintenance on keto and praying for some recomposition action and making better progress, hoping to blow past 3pl diddly for 10 and back to 4pl skwats for 10 by the end of April. I look skinny as all fucking get out but even in the cut my bloods/T came back great so it's just going to be 2 more years of hitting everything and hopefully start to look fucking decent with a shirt off.>>77173513Thanks chief, appreciate it. I drank so much at my last job I was stuck around 195lbs on the way down for a few years so I think some of the skin settled down.
