This is not me in the pic but see how the guy has a really veiny arm before estrogen tranny shit etc. I currently have that estrogen ass looking twink arm at age 26.

I am a fat balding weakling and having arms like this is extremely depressing. Last year I tried weight lifting and whatnot. Cant lift much and its pathetic but if MY ARM LOOKS LIKE THIS anyway is there any point?

Like can I just keep lifting and eventually it will look like the first picture? I have the arms of a fucking troon man, this is not fun

buy or get some parallettes and use them a few times a week. any kind of lever/l-sit/handstand/pike pushup practice will be enough like 10-20 minutes 3-5x a week. forearms will get more vascular but not that much bigger. rings help too and so does handstand work against a wall.
