There are have lady instructors at my gym and they are all in good shape, but not all of them are lean. The rich old lady Pilates instructor mogs most of them but only does 1 on 1 clients so you almost never see her. More guys should probably do classes especially if they are trying to meet women. 3 days lifting 3 days yoga/tone and burn class.
