What time do you work out /fit/?
For me, it's when I wake up. If I don't do it right when I wake up, I just wind up not doing it at all.

I try to do it early because a workout too close to bedtime fucks with my sleep, but usually I procrastinate until I finally do it at night, then sleep poorly.

I like to go in the morning. I get to work feeling like I’m firing on all cylinders. I prefer the morning gym crowd and also if I go at night or go on a bike ride late at night I can’t sleep well.
