How fast should I make gains if my total T levels are naturally over 1500 ng/dl (lab didn't measure more than 1500 ng/dl) at 29? I have been lifitng for 3.5 months now and I'd say my gains were kinda above average but everyone gains mass fast at the beggining. Technically I'm already naturally on the equivalent t levels of someone pinning exogenous t (although I do not know how high my free t levels are) so I guess my gains shouldn't decline after I get my noob gains in the first 6 to 12 months if total t influences muscle gain. I don't intend on using steroids due to them aging you and suppresing your natural production meaning I'd have to also take exogenous testosterone.

As fast as everyone else, it doesn't matter

Why do people even bother doing T only cycles then?

Because total testosterone ≠ free testosterone ≠ exogenous hormones ≠ androgen reception
