Is bulking way harder than cutting?
>>
>>77148961
Yes. You have to stuff your face like a fat retard even though your body is telling you that you've already eaten enough.
>>
>>77149709
Literally zero people have to do this. You aren't burning even 500 calories at the gym
>>
>>77149709
>t. benches 300 lbs but vo2 max is in the low 20s
>>

Bulking is hard if you only eat only whole foods and run 50+ km/week. I bulked a few kg by just adding a bunch of extra fruits and nuts to my diet. It was fun, but I don't want to do it again for a while.

>stuffing you face
That's the easy part. Deep down I will always be a fatty. My life is a constant battle against my inner fatty trying to convince me to eat huge amounts of chocolate and other sweets.
>>
>>77148961
yeah eating lots of tasty food and having tons of energy in the gym is very hard
I very much prefer being hungry 24/7 and having zero energy
fucking retard
>>
For me it is. Hate cooking and sick of eating
>>
>>77148961
dunno
both are useless
>>
>>77148961
It's harder to look in the mirror while bulking, that's for sure.
>>
>>77148961
Giving up is way harder than trying
>>
>>77148961
one is easier dieting, harder training
the other is harder dieting, easier training

which one is which depends on your perspective
>>
>>77148961
For me, yeah. I have a small appetite and hunger doesn't really bother me. I often have to force myself to eat and whenever I don't track my calories I lose weight
>>
No. Next question
>>
>>77149757
vo2max doesn't matter. Can you run 5k in under 20 minutes? Then it doesn't matter what vo2max is. All these retarded metrics when you can just go outside and figure out how much you can do and try to increase the amount you can do.
>>
>>77148961
no, bulking is piss easy. you still have gains, so you're actually motivated to do your workouts.
cutting is hard because you struggle to maintain your PRs so every workout feels like you are punishing yourself.
>>
Dirty bulking is fucking easy but clean bulking is a pain in the ass.

Eating sub maintenance is manageable with things like caffeine and I'm not a retard that thinks being hungry means I'm going to die so I can manage a cut.

Overall bulking is easier than cutting except for clean bulking which requires discipline and effort
