>Do push ups for 2 months
>Haven't improved a bit

I don't get it, I eat 160 grams of protein per day, I did 5 sets a day 5 days a week, then I tried 5 sets 3 days a week. I've done to failure and close to failure. Nothing is working, I started out at 20 and am at 22.

Thinking of doing greese the groove where I do 1 set every hour of the day.

I was going to suggest this. Also eat more.

Ask anyone who's been in the miltary. Push ups do nothing.
You max them out in a month or 2 and 3 years later you look the same and still do about the same number of push ups

Don't care, its for a test.

>Push ups do nothing.
Magically. This one exercise just does nothing. Stay braindead.

get a weighted vest for like 10 kg and repeat your regime
>>
>>77149049
Which is exactly why should you should care.
You wont be able to do more push ups on a test by doing more push ups.
>>
>>77149191
Lots of exercises do nothing. I bet you are living proof of that.
>>

I was in the military and push ups do a lot.
Have you considered you barely graduating BCT and going to some faggot weekend warrior group where you only had to do like 42 is just not a lot of pushups?

Because I love them wide boy pushups and I have a chest like a bear ready to have butter spread on it.
At my body weight pushups are more than 1pl8 weight and that means i'm doing hypertrophy wide armed pushups at greater than 1pl8.
You better believe I look juicy ya little cheesecake topping.

I was in the military for a long time. Every single guy I ever met like you was either a peclet or fat fuck. I never did pushups as an exercise but I could bench 3 plate and max any test they gave me. Pushups are also a lat exercise so do your weighted pullups too. Progressive overload.
>>
>>77149245
>um yeah actually I can do 10x80 at 5pl8
I smell virgin butt

Serious reply. Try folding your pushups into a super set with other calisthenics. 50 pushups 10 burpees 10 chalice squats. Now do that three times before you get on cardio. That is a really good start and I promise you you will see results. Pushups are golden but you can't just do pushups
>>
>>77148976
you need resistance
have another nigga lay on your back while you do them
>>
>>77149297
>Thinks you have to bench 5 plates for 1 plate to be just a warm up.
You never stepped foot in a gym in your entire 15 years of life.
>>
>>77148976
I did the 'evil russian' training, went from 27 to 43 in two weeks.
>>
>>77149441
>um actkjfhjktually I can do 1pl8 for 500 reps
sure you can big man, I bet your mommy is very proud.
>>
>>77149463
I've always said this place is nothing but 12 year olds, indians, and 12 year old indians
>>
>>77149485
I agree, pretending you can do 1pl8 for 500 reps is a very Jeet feet of accomplishment Saar.
You should get a visa and move to USA so you can fuck blonde women Saar.
Jeet means victory after all.

do the needful now and spread your brown seed.

>greese the groove
Does that actually work?
>>
>>77148976
>to failure and close to failure.
There's your problem, when did you expect to recover? GTG will be good, you know you only do half your max I hope.
>>
>>77149540
It didn't work for me. In fact, I saw more progress doing one set to failure once a day.
>>
>>77149553
>one exercise with one set to failure once a day
that's like the laziest routine i've ever heard of. i love it.
>>
>>77149553
And how much did they increase?
>>
>>77148976
if your plateauing then it's probably diet, mobility, or bad recovery.
