"Fat loss is about insulin, not calories"
"In ketosis, I just forget to eat"
"I feel great after a 2+ day fast"

Those phrases are only ever uttered by fat people. No lean person ever "just forgets" to eat. If I tried to fast for 2 days with my sixpack, I'd die.

The whole keto space is the example.

I did carnivore for over a year and all it did for me was ruin my body composition.

Then you try to troubleshoot and these retards tell you to "eat more fat until you're comfortably stuffed".

I went to a Chinese buffet yesterday and ate 5 plates of food.

So you're fat regardless of keto

>>77149913
No it's just one or two trolls asserting that

>No lean person ever "just forgets" to eat
As a life-long lean fag I do forget to eat all the time. Stuffing my face is very low on my list of daily priorities, plus it gives me no dopamine rush fatties seem to get from it. It's more of an extremely inconvenient necessity to stay alive, so I'm on an "unintentional OMAD" most of the time with "incidental 24h fasts" here and there.

It's probably sub-optimal for gains, but interestingly I find my lifts are stronger if I haven't eaten for 12 or so hours for some reason.

According this bioimpedance analysis I am 5 kg overweight yet I can't go more than 10 hours without eating

>fat people use fat loss focused diets

shocket

is this achievable natty? How many years from beginner? this is literally all the muscle anyone *needs*
>>
>>77150201
My point is that it is portrayed as this perfect shredding diet, whereas 99% of keto dieters get stuck at 18% body fat.

>>77150212
Yes, natty and >14% body fat. But I was too fat for my taste.
>>
>>77150058
Are you actually six-pack lean or skinny fat?
>>
>>77150212
That's four months of lifting or less
>>
>>77150058
Your lifts are stronger because your body isnt busy metabolizing food. This is well established and aplies also partially to brain function. Aristoteles anecdotally forced his students to be in an fasted state when he was lecturing.
