So, this is mostly for my wife, who has been having tinnitus issues the last week. I was rubbing her neck and I guess I rubbed too hard and now she says she has tinnitus in her left ear. Bath salts and heating pads "help", but it's temporary and not a huge difference. Thinking about going to a chiropractor, but was wondering if you guys knew any homeopathic remedies or exercises or stretches or something to help with this. It's not a "serious" issue, but it is bothersome.
>>77150779Your wife needs BBC.
>>77150779Take her to an ENT or neurologist instead of chrio if you don't want her having a stroke. Alpha lipoic acid probably helps, according to clinical trials, but not always 100%.
>>77150779>TinnitusCan you get betahistine? I have tinnitus from acoustic trauma, this reduced the ringing significantly. It didn't cure it but I can now sleep without white noise emitter.
>>77150779Twice I got tinnitus from hyperextending my lower back. There were muscle spasms but the ringing continued even after the spasm was gone. It will pass, have her sleep on her right side with a pillow between her knees and her neck so that the pressure on the spinal cord is minimized. Get some magnesium and vitamin b complex in her to get the muscles and nerves relaxing obviously don't go overboard with magnesium or she will have shittinheranusoutus on top of the tinnitus
