Hey fitfew months ago i snapped my back doing lmao2pl8 squats and it probably is because of my terrible leg/lower back mobility and tightness. as i am approaching unc territory, i need to start focusing on stretches and mobility exercises. Anyone have a short do-at-home routine for stretching you would recommend?Thx

Get a bench and squat on that at your computer. Squat by the stovetop when you're waiting on cooking. Squat between sets.
