Can I ever get a straight body line if this is my physique? I'm now in a deficit and training. Do I have to compensate with my obliques and back muscles or will I always have it wider there?
>>77152004You are simply skinny fat. Losing fat and gaining muscle will solve your problem.
>>77152004the fat on your belly and on the sides will be the last to go, unless you are like disabled your frame is pretty normal, most people greatly overestimate how much weight they need to get rid of to actually get lean>I'm now in a deficit and trainingyou should actually do the opposite, just focus on eating a high-protein diet with enough nutrients, moderate but regular exercise and a sustainable ~150-300kcal excess which will amount to around 1kg of weight/month, you won't get actually fat while you will be building muscle which is the one and only prerequisite here because you need to fill up that free space with something and if it's not fat then it's muscle
>>77152126Good advice. Based and helppilled
>>77152126>most people greatly overestimate how much weight they need to get rid of to actually get leanI would have thought it was the opposite. People convince themselves they are 20% body fat, when they are actually 25-30%, and thus have to lose 2-3 times the amount of fat if they want to reach 15%.
>>77152363yes you are 100% correct, meant to say "understimate"
>>77152004Get some estradiol and a nice set of lace lingerie
>>77152004You have klinefelter's like me.
>>77152004Yes, you have wide hips, just keep lifting and as you grow your lats, obliques, and shoulders this won't be a problem
>>77152551It looks like fat, not bone structure. Obviously, the solution is the same, but he doesn't have especially wide hips.
Thanks guys. I'm surprised that the best thing would be to not go in a deficit. I'd read that for beginners you can go into a slight deficit and high nutrient+protein diet and gain muscle that way. So it would be better to not do the deficit?
>>77152682Slight deficit and still gain muscle is what I would do if I were you. In my opinion, it's better to lose fat now as a beginner when you will build some muscle either way. Then you can increase your calories as the noob gains dry up.
