Is it normal to feel fatigued from bulking as a skelly? I'm 5'9, 119lbs, 30 years old and have been eating 3000 calories everyday for a month straight now (up from maybe 1500 give or take). Haven't ever eaten properly pretty much all my life, getting three meals a day was extremely rare.
Does the fatigue wear off eventually? Should I put off lifting/cardio until it (hopefully) eventually wears off? My diet is mostly sausages and eggs for breakfast, pasta and Bolognese for lunch and chicken breasts with mash potatoes for dinner. All I drink now is water.

I feel fatigue after eating meals. When I'm fasted, I have more energy. I've found that fatigue after meals is caused by blood glucose level fluctuations. When I would get tired after a meal, I started testing my blood glucose levels and found them elevated.

What helped me quite a bit was cutting out foods with high glycemic index (GI) values. Foods with higher GIs spike blood sugar levels more, leading to energy fluctuations and energy crashes. Foods with no carbs feel the cleanest to eat. Carbs with a lower GI value have noticeable yet tolerable effects on energy levels. Shit like a banana sundae as an extreme example will reliably knock me the fuck out. I can't do carbs anymore.

In your case, sausages and eggs are carb-free and shouldn't cause fatigue due to carbohydrate issues. In that case, it could be due to inflammation from processed red meat. Egg intolerance is also a possibility. Do you get fatigue after breakfast? The gluten in pasta may also be fucking your shit up. Try gluten-free pasta or brown rice. And try swapping out the white potatoes for sweet potatoes. See if lower GI foods and eliminating gluten helps. Also consider how it may be from inflammation or possible intolerances from certain foods. That's the best I can think of.

Could be red meat intolerance. But it could also be because red meats have a lot of methionine and tryptophan and are also low in glycine.

1 instant pot
1 5gallon jug of water
1 cooking pot
1 brownie pan
1 cup
1 bowl (big) I prefer a smaller mixing bowl

Ingredients (your shopping list)

Great lakes beef gelatin
5lb tub of whey
Lactaid if you need it
Find a deep freezer if you can
Apple juice, non pasturized and no corn syrup.

12-18 eggs
Greek yogurt (prefer Cabot, no artificial ingredients)
Some NATURAL peanut butter (DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH *HYDROGENATED* ON IT!)

Amish unsalted butter
A bag of sugar, probably over Pound
Orange juice. The more expensive the better.

Now here's the fun part, and I doubt you've ever had to do this before.

Take your ass to the bank, travel outside the city, and find one of these three locations. There are literally only two things you need locate

1: 5lbs of ground beef from pasture raised cattle
And
2: full fat, non homogenized non pasteurized MILK from PASTURE RAISED DAIRY CATTLE.

NOW that you have all that here is what meal 1, meal 2 meal 3 meal 4 and meal 5 will be

Meal 1: orange juice 1.5cups. Greek yogurt with peanut butter, measure with a eating spoon, go until the bottom of the bowl is full

Meal 2,3,4: .5-1lb (try for a pound, it's gets easier the more you do it. of baked potato cooked in the instant pot
Top with 4oz of ground beef, a tsp of butter, pinch of salt and a healthy amount of pepper Served with a pint of milk COLD
