Just sit up straight lol. The only people who do ruin their backs always sit like literal goblins and hunch over. Good posture might not always feel the most comfortable but in the long run you need it for the spine gains. Make good posture a habit starting now.

I have that exact piece of shit. You don't. It's bad chair. I suppose you could get a lumbar pillow or something and cushions for the arm rests but you're better off just getting a less bad chair that can recline even a little. This chair always feels like it's trying to spill ya so you do weird shit with your back to center your gravity and it just wrecks ya.

Yoga mat but don't unroll it.
Set it upright in the backrest, kick your feet up so your shoulders naturally go into Extension.
