I must confess I've thought of them as a gimct becouse of the relative low weight and hight reps, but the explosive concetric combined with controlling the falling kettlebell on the exentric (heavier on the exentric becouse of f=m*a) could make them good. Easier then dl to recover from and better suited for highter frequency.

Also, as for your crippling 'tsm, one thing I see that people (autist or not) can improve upon is feeling like they must respond within legit a quarter of a second. It's totally fine to take a moment to think of a response. Even a literal two second pause makes a huge difference in a person's ability to formulate a response. You have no obligation to fill the air immediately (or ever, really). Practicing that will help everyone (again, even non-autists) prevent things like saying, "Y...you too," at inappropriate times. I.E. default your reaction to thinking, not regurgitating a phrase.
Exacerbating factors though: you just did a 1RM. Last time I peaked on deadlift, if someone asked me my fucking name right after I completed the lift, I'd have stared at them like they were an Irishman speaking Cantonese while wearing a chicken costume. No way I'd be eloquent after that shit.
