Why the fuck does everything have so much sodium?
>>
Because it tastes good. The human body is wired for a low sodium survival situation. So it puts a premium on it.
>>
>>77153936
Stop eating so much pre-processed sloppa.
>>
Sodium is harmless dude. Just drink water
>>
>>77153936
That's literally me. I put so much salt on everything I love it and don't have high blood pressure. Just drink lots of water
>>
>>77153936
Me IRL. I have chronic hyponatremia, likely from excessive fluid intake, which makes me sluggish AF. When do inhale a pizza, my max HR goes from 144 to 163.
>>
>>77153936
Because salt is the greatest natural preservative
>>
>>77153966
>163
nigga
are you like 7 feet tall
why is your HR so fucking high?
or are you comically obese?
you’re referring to resting heart rate, I assume
>>
>>77153936
salt is a natural preservative.
>>
>>77153936
Reduces aldosterone and adrenaline.
You are literally a puffy basedjak full of water if you don't get adequate sodium.
Also look up the origin of 'salary'

>>
>>77154330
>>77154373
I guess that's why they call it salary salt, huh?
>>
I prefer potassium.

Tribalism is a sad people thing
>>
>>77153936
There are 2 mainly ingredients that will be responsible for 80% of the flavour in ALMOST every food. Fat and salt. You can add as much spices and different ingredients you want. No salt? No flavour, simple as. Same can be applied to fat but thats more especifically to meat. Fat in general is more expensive than salt is also harder to obtain, so them food companies goes all out on sodium.

>basic biology is tribalism
>>
taste gud brah
>>
>>77159355
>mentioning blacks out of nowhere isn't tribalism
>>
>>77153936
You need it to live.
>>
>>77156472
this. Today my workout was sluggish and somehow I landed on a video on the sodium potassium pump and decided to take 1/2 a teaspoon of no salt. My workout instantly became easy and I had tons of energy.
>>
>>77159712
>so much
>>
>>77159720
Sounds like you need to up your vegetable and fruit intake if you're low on potassium.
>>
>>77153936

Sodium causing high blood pressure is a jewish trick to keep the goyim from being strong and energetic.
>>
>>77153936
Complaining about sodium is how you spot somebody who isn't doing his daily cardio or drinking a healthy amount of water.

>daily cardio
only healthy if it's sex
>healthy amount of water
that's about 0ml. water dehydrates you.
>>
>>77163283
>water dehydrates you
Can confirm. I'm in navy rotc. We take the PRT every semester to see what our time is for the 1.5 mile run, and the trick is to not eat or drink anything for three days before the test, and then right before you go on your run, you chug a cup of salt. It gives you the extra kick.

Somali pirate here and this will kill you. We see sailors stranded at sea make it about 3 days before they can no longer stand not having anything to drink and they crack and drink salt water. The introduction of salt to someone dehydrated for 3 days kills them in about 6 to 12 more hours. Pretty painful way to go too.
>>
>>77165242
Argentinian rancher here and you are just plain wrong. I have seen animals get severe infections from drinking plain water, that went away soon after switching them to sea water.
>>
>>77165281
>I've seen animals get infections from something that has no infectants
Okay bro
>>
>>77153936
cook your own food faggot instead of consooming preserved bullshit
>>
>>77153936
sodium is not that bad especially since we drink so much more water nowadays. especially if you work out its literally zero problem
>>
>>77163276
very cute little dog
>>
>>77153936
cook and make ur own food and you will have to add salt
>>
>>77153966
you are sluggish because you piss out all your electrolytes, add those to your food or drink and you will be fine
>>
>>77165530
>no infectants
Damn bro where do you live?
>>
>>77165911
Explain what you think the word plain means.
>>
>>77165979
Are you nitpicking to sound smarter? Faggot.
>>
>>77166094
I'm glad we agree plain means "just" water. Sorry you are nitpicking
>>
>>77153936
It isn't so bad. What makes it dangerous is the low potassium and fluid intake (secondarily). Recommended daily potassium intake is crazy high, like 3,5-4k mg and you need many servings of fruits/vegetables to reach it.
>>
Salt
>>
>>77153936
Goyim are retarded and love saltslop and sugarslop. That's why they're obese.
>>
>>77167452
why are you jewish
>>
>>77153936
And yet you barely notice if you’ve had too much or too little
>>
>>77153963
Sodium damage accumulates over years, decades.
>>
>>77167835
Nobody said otherwise.
