Most basic of the basics. But after 3 years on ozempic(tirzepatide) it's the only one I never get sick of.

The Atkins mocha and caramel are pretty good taste wise though im sure theyre killing me slowly

The sugar alcohols make me fart but i like the peanutbutter chocolate bar
>>
The American mind cannot comprehend chugging down two of these while crying in the car.

just bought and tried out some of those nurri shakes they sell at costco, they taste almost identical to fairlife and they're cost half as much. the only difference in taste i think comes from the fact that they come in cans, so some of the can taste comes through. but otherwise they're fantastic, and same nutritional profile basically.
>>
>>77159166
Checked and kek'd a lot. I'm sorry for laughing, why are you crying, anon?

Caramel
Raspberry white chocolate
Banana and cream
Chocolate

Strawberries and cream
Vanilla
Cake batter
Pumpkin spice

Any others I should try?

Look... I know this looks like the ultimate goyslop but it's the best tasting protein period. Also the Dymatize sits in my stomach really well.. I drink two of these bad boys a day. The only other brand I actually enjoy is the Fairlife.

These stupid things are full of microplastics and carcinogens and other horrid chemicals like sucralose. These stupid retards read "protein" and automatically think it's a good thing to put into their bodies. They'll get what they deserve, I guess. I just wish I didn't have to see the dumb threads of them being retarded.

>>
>>77160231
I said shakes, not powder.
>>
>>77160231
there's lead in that filter
>>
>>77160233
They're the same. The shakes are made from the powder, you total fool. It's actually worse than all that, because they use the cheepest, most shitiest powders to make these shakes.
>>
>>77160234
Incorrect.
>>
>>77160239
proof?
>>
>>77160236
Oh, okay. So you don't actually have any proof for your claim. You're just going on a gut feeling, which is just objectively false because pre-made protein shakes are not just powder plus liquid plus bottle plus price tag.
>>
>>77160231
Microplastic removal usually requires:
Membrane filtration (ultrafiltration / hollow fiber)
Or very fine micron-rated filters
But the Aarke:
Uses loose granules (not a membrane)
Has no micron rating listed
Makes no certified claim about microplastics
That means:
It might catch some larger particles by chance
But it is NOT designed to reliably remove microplastics
Compare to filters that DO remove microplastics
For example, systems like LifeStraw pitchers:
Use a membrane filter
Explicitly claim microplastic removal
EatingWell
That’s the key difference.
Bottom line (no fluff)
Aarke purifier = NOT a microplastic filter
It’s mainly for taste + chlorine + some metals
You’d need ultrafiltration or RO for real microplastic removal
>>
>>77160231
Their filter granules are literally made of plastic.
>>
>>77160240
You are the one making the claim. Also asking me to prove a negative. Get lost, kid.
>>77160242
>pre-made protein shakes are not just powder plus liquid plus bottle plus price tag.
Yes. They are. It's exactly what they are.
>A protein shake is a ready-to-drink beverage that provides a convenient and quick source of protein. Typically made by blending protein powder with liquids like water, milk, or plant-based milk, protein shakes are designed to offer immediate nutrition, making them ideal for on-the-go consumption.
How the fuck else do you think they're made? By magic in some wizard's cauldron?
>>
>>77160251
The discussion is over. Next time don't make assertions without having evidence to back it up. Nice try citing the colloquial definition of protein shake by omitting the prefix pre-made that was clearly stated in my previous comment and is the topic of the thread. Sorry you were wrong. Hope you can have a good day, regardless.

Huh. I'm an American and you don't really hear about that. I guess it's a regional thing. Over here McDonald's is synonymous with burgers and chicken sandwiches and stuff.
>>
>>77162268
I mean, we've got ice cream parlors and basically all pastisseries sell ice cream but I'd say sundaes are pretty synonamous with mcdonalds here. Not that there aren't any specialised places that sell them too.

People eat burgrrs too ofc. Our Maccas/MickeyDs type nickname is Mekić (though the newer generations and those from the provinces call it Megić which makes no sense).

I bought this here yesterday, I tastes quite nice. All of the goytein solutions are full of additives, I prefer my Magerquark with a dash of marmalade. I bought picrel for 60 cents. There's a shop here in Germany that buys all the products that supermarkets have bought in too large quantities and they sell them for cheap. There's no problem with the expiration date or anything like that, but these overpriced products often don't get bought for those exorbitant prices (who the hell pays the regular price of 2 EUR for 200gr Mousse with 20gr of Protein in total?). 60-80 cents would be an acceptable price, but fuck 2 EUR. I get 120gr of high quality Protein with two packs of Magerquark for 2 EUR, but I also wouldn't classify Magerquark as goytein.
>>
>>77172887
A pack of Biotech Iso Whey Zero is currently around 48-50 EUR (for 908gr) in Germany. I don't know how that compares to US prices.
