Have clear shoulder/tri seperation at almost 30% bodyfat.

Kek ohp never felt right on push day because i feel it in my shoulders mostly and i dont really need to focus on front delts personally. A bit in my lats too if heavier barbell. Now ohp combine with push and pull movements in an upper day? Sounds right nice.

What's wrong with doing OHP on pull day?
If you do it after bench or whatever your main push compound is it will be weak.
It's an antagonist for pull muscles and won't interfere with pull movements

This question doesn't make any sense, they don't target the same thing. OHP targets anterior deltoids and uses lateral deltoids as stabilizers. Upright row targets lateral deltoids and uses anterior deltoids as stabilizers. One is an anterior deltoid exercise, the other is a lateral deltoid exercise.
