>>77160818This question doesn't make any sense, they don't target the same thing. OHP targets anterior deltoids and uses lateral deltoids as stabilizers. Upright row targets lateral deltoids and uses anterior deltoids as stabilizers. One is an anterior deltoid exercise, the other is a lateral deltoid exercise.
