>>77166440Try them with lighter-ish dumbbells to nail the proper ROM. Focus on pinching your shoulder blades together for tension and pull them through your body at around bellybutton height. Also roll your forearms about halfway through like you're trying to break a stick in half. Once you get that mind muscle connection, the barbell row will feel better. I do find that I have to lift much heavier with barbell rows than I do with dumbbell rows to feel the same level of stretch, though.
