How much does cardio really effect gains? Should you avoid it completely?

>Should you avoid it completely?
No, retard.
>How much does cardio really effect gains?
Doesn't matter if you aren't a competing roidtranny. Do your cardio after you lift or on a separate day.
>>
>>77163356
Do people really drive to the gym and traffic to do like 30 mins of cardio and then leave?
>>
>>77163355
Who?
>>
>>77163357
Yeah, what's wrong with it?
>>
>>77163354
If your hr is at or above 80% of max safe hr for 45 minutes or longer it will. Otherwise it won't and it's purely caloric deficit or surplus.
>>
>>77163486
HIITbros...
>>
>>77163497
I don't know what you're trying to say I support HIIT assuming it's treated like lifting and given recovery days because it is harder on the body than most other forms of cardio.
>>
>>77163354
>How much does cardio really effect gains?
For a select population of high-level athletes, the interference can be significant. For average joes (and by average I mean everyone who isn't winning local marathons while also seeking to compete in local powerlifting competitions) the gains you might "lose" because of interference are gains you probably weren't going to make anyway for another reason.
>Should you avoid it completely?
no that's retarded as fuck. Cardio improves your ability to use and transport oxygen and to pump blood throughout your body, which has benefits for pretty much every physical endeavor you could possibly partake in.

Why are big lats on women so hot ? Is it because my brain is tricking me into believing she has huge tits on a slim frame and the lats are actually boob spillover ? Or because they pronounce their hips ?
I dont know but my penis is diamonds rn

It does affect recovery. Anyone who says otherwise isn’t pushing themselves hard enough.

I find the best time to have a run is after an upper body workout with a rest day before your lower day. It’s possible after a lower day but your performance will be affected and improper running form can lead to injury so go at a more gentle pace. I recommend only doing this when cutting.

For post-leg day run, make sure it’s reasonably fast paced/fartlek and only for 2-5km at most - ideally no more than 3.5km unless fat loss is your goal. Walking is far better cardio as it can be done for a longer period of time without affecting recovery

>How much does cardio really effect gains?
It can, depending on your lofts and goals
>Should you avoid it completely?
No.

If you want to keep your gains, you need to find that sweet spot between energy required and its expenditure.
Just a personal experience: yesterday morning I did mountain biking for about 3,5 hours with an ascension of roughly 1000 m. Felt great, with endurance; and not too bad on the legs during the rest of the day.
Today it was impossible for me to finish my 4th serie of 100 kg squats. Gave up.

she is built exactly like my ex except my ex didn't have the tats, was blonde, and has really big tits. I miss her constantly even though she was a retarded bitch and I hated her, fucking her was just really sweet.
>>
>>77163354
i go for short walks (30mins) every day because it enhances my mood and gets me sunlight. it has no effect on gains. but running or biking a lot can.

Big lats means she will be able to hold babies more easily. They are accentuated by a small waist and emphasize wide hips, both of which are signs of fertility and will likely result in a successful pregnancy. That said, lots of girls who get backs like that are also juicing, which is the opposite of fertility and tricks the male brain into pursuing an infertile succubus.
>>
>>77170852
>>77170852
there's no "trick" anon, you're sexually attracted to masculine backs. the lat development of the OP is fine, these pics are gay. there is no biological basis whatsoever for "wow check out her demon back, i bet she could carry a baby for two whole days". backs do not look like that without considerable exposure to male sex hormones. hope this helps
>>
>>77170852
>Big lats means she will be able to hold babies more easily.
super gay feelings. The only feature that should make you feel that way are wide hips and big boobs. Lat muscles are inherently masculine.
