How many of you have it, anons?I've had it since my teens, a few flare ups that were annoying. But this last month I had one deep inside my thigh and it popped while still inside.I drained like 25cl of blood out of it and about 3 weeks later it's finally settled down.I also have psoriasis and IBS, both which I have managed to keep under control. But with this massive HS flare up I'm going to take shit serious. I've already seen patterns with the other symptoms, such as too much carbs that send my blood sugar spiking, triggering extra growth in the psoriasis. How are you coping?
Really, no one?You might even be unaware that you have it.Dark spots, like acne that isn't forming a head. Touching them feels like there's a thin layer of skin and empty void underneath.
>itSure, buddy, sure.I don't get if its your zoom zoom acting up, but I can't even tell what I am looking at.... inflamed follicle receptor? The latin name is not very useful for communicating it, and its even in the image instead of the text. The image name is also wrong.
>>77163803>hidradenitis suppurativa... psoriasis and IBSchlorine dioxide protocols and stop eating foods that feed candida and parasites
>>77165361>stop eating foods that feed candida and parasitesTo correct, not saying you should totally go crazy like some do, but like fruits for fructose is ok. Wild rice instead of white rice. When you lose parasites, your sugar craving will stop and a donut will taste repulsively too sweat.
>>77164831Yeah, the immune system attacks your own "hairsacks", follicules. Fills them with keratin to the point where they burst and spread the keratine, imflaming the surrounding area, building tunnels to spread further.>>77165361>consuming chlorine dioxideMight as well drink bleach at the same time.
>>77165696table salt also has chlorine ions
>>77164581I started to have it in my ass since 2022. Really don't know what to do though, it's annoying as shit
>>77167874It's autoimmune, so it's with you for life.Consider your diet being the main culprit. Inflammation is increased by carbs. I'm currently cutting down on it as I was generally having too much of it. Basically, if I feel a spike in my bloodsugar, I will reduce the carbs in that meal in the future. White rice spikes me a ton. Then get some disinfection/anti bacterial creams. Basically treating the affected areas like your face, scrubbing it clean from dead skin and cleaning pores. The infection inside the hair follicules is the main trigger. Keep your skintight areas like groin and armpits clean.
>>77168209So I have to become a keto schizo unironically lmao.
>>77169091Not full on keto, just reduce it if you're eating a lot of it. Feel it out for like half a year, if nothing emerges, try and increase it or find a particular food that may flare it ip over a week or two.
