Why the fuck do I not have upper chest? Is it because my genetics are just shit and I have to deal with it? Makes no sense.
My chest looks a bit like the guy in picrel. The chest "line" stops midway through, it isnt like normal guys' chests where the line goes nearly to the neck.

train harder bitch
>>
>>77164198
stop training with barbell and switch to dumbbells for bench
>>
>>77164198
Upper chest is a meme. You aren't going to train it effectively unless you're a roidtranny cow. Work on your body dysmorphia.
>>
>>77164198
I usually do weighted ring dips for chest so I know your struggle. I've found doing incline bench (or an incline bench machine) hits the upper pecs. I did that instead of my usual dips last week and had insane DOMs for 3 days in my upper chest specifically

That being said, if you keep doing whatever you're already doing you entire chest will eventually fill and even out on it's own.

dyel cope

>complains about underdeveloped muscle
>doesn't post what his routine is
How is anyone supposed to give you advice? Nobody knows what you are or aren't doing.
>>
>>77164321
ring push ups on a chair so you can get deep with weight works well too!
>>
>>77164366
That's a good idea. Reminds me I need a decent bench
>>
>>77164340
Sure. Let's see your upper pecs lmao
>>
>>77164347
3x6~8 bench press
3x6~8 incline dumbell press
3x6~8 fly
>>
>>77164481
Wasting your time with incline and flys. More bench.
>>
>>77164481
Do you do all that at the same time? If you do, incline dumbbell bench press' effectiveness is going to be compromised since you're already fatigued from the flat bench press. I would do bench press on one day and incline dumbbell bench press on another day.

day A:
bench press
flies

day B:
incline dumbbell bench press
incline flies

>>77164490
normal bench press doesn't get the upper chest as good as incline dumbbell bench press. Also, on any type of bench press exercise, the triceps tend to give out before the chest, so that's why people say to add another exercise to complete the chest, such as flies.

From what I can see there is absolutely nothing disproportionally small about your upper chest. It seems to have a very regular size compared to the rest of your muscles. I'm pretty sure the main problem is your expectations of what you want yourself to look like.
>>
>>77164564
You aren't going to targeting your upper chest. You're wasting your time lmao. Incline is just going to overly tax your delts and rob mid pec growth.
>>
>>77164596
Couldn't you just adjust the angle of the bench to be more horizonal for less delt and more upper pec?
>>
Why is everyone overcomplicating this so much and talking about doing incline AFTER flat bench? If you really want your upper chest to grow significantly more than lower, then why do flat bench at all? Why not just make incline bench your main lift on chest/press day?

"I don't want my lower chest to be disproportionally big to my upper chest, but I'm going to keep doing flat bench as my main lift anyway..." Like, wtf is the logic here? If you genuinely just want to make your upper chest catch up to your lower, why not just do solely incline stuff for a while..?
>>
>>77164321
>i've found out that the most well-known upper pec workouts, designed specifically to target upper pectorals, like hit upper pecs or something
>>
>>77164647
Bruh, just do regular press lol
>>
>>77164777
Again. Show you're upper pecs (you won't)
>>
>>77164198
He does have a normal upper chest, it's just that he's hunched over to extend his traps and flex them
You're retarded
>>
>>77164596
>>77164705
You don't know what you're talking about. Flat works the whole chest, but more the mid/lower than the upper. Incline also works the whole chest, but isn't as biased against the upper. There's no way you'll have an underdeveloped mid/lower chest from doing incline if you're also doing flat. Incline also doesn't work your deltoids any worse than OHP does.
>>
>>77164812
Cool! Let's go ahead and see your chest now.
>>
>>77164198
Do incline dumbell bench and DO NOT ARCH. Most retards in the gym turn incline bench into flat or decline by having excessive arches. Just puff out your chest you will feel it heavily in your upper pecs
>>
>>77164198
Do incline presses at mild incline like 15 degrees. You’ll feel it way more in your upper chest than classic 45 degree incline barbell
>>
>>77164850
Let's see yours instead.
>>
>>77164198
>incline dumbbell bench
>till failure
Thank me later.
>>
>>77164942
>N-no you!
I'm not the one saying retarded bullshit about pec growth. You have no upper pec development or definition lmao.
>>
>>77164971
Idk wtf you're even talking about schizo, but you assuredly have shit pecs.
>>
Double kettlebell presses.
You're welcome.
>dumbbells
Smallest range of motion
>>
>>77164227
fuck you retarded faggot. I bench 3 plate for reps and still have no upper chest
>>
>>77166638
Post video proof of your bench or your physique
>>
>>77164777
>1 armed incline press on the cable machine

holy fucking DYEL. Aint no way this is effective for shit lol. The guy using like 25 pounds for the demonstration lmao this a science based zoomer lift if I have ever seen one. Worthless
>>
>>77166623
Cool schizo post with a picture showing zero upper pec development!
>>
>>77166640
He won't, because he's a lying dyel retard, hence the thread
