I enjoy lifting weights in my shed gym and have been lifting for 2 years, I honestly spend a lot of my free time thinking about it. I need to work on cardio, I have tried running, cycling, bodyweight exercises, but I can't sustain any of them as I don't genuinely enjoy them. I enjoyed cycling for about 6 weeks before I had rode all over my hilly town too many times, and now we're heading into the rainy season, so it's not feasible anyway. What do you suggest? Is there something I can try in my shed gym that I might enjoy? Should I get a rowing machine or something?
Heavy bag.
I love stairs but stair machines are a big investment.
>>77164983I considered this a while ago, but was told that without any training I would only be learning how to get myself beat up.
>it's another thread of suggestions followed up with excuses
>>77164979Dumbbell / barbell / kettlebell complexes. Still kind of lifting, can be done in your shed, not as monotonous as doing one movement, and can get you pretty gassed.

Heavy Hands with light dumbbells
>>77164996This makes no sense. You're using it for cardio.
