taking this for body maintance , anything i should add ?
1. MORNING (With Breakfast)
- 1 scoop (11g) Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (Lemon)
- 1 capsule (1,000 mg) California Gold Nutrition Vitamin C
- 1 capsule (50 mg) NOW Foods Zinc Picolinate

2. AFTERNOON (Anytime with Water)
- 1 scoop (5g) Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Powder

3. EVENING (With Dinner)
- 2 tablets (200 mg total) Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium

4. BEFORE BED (Empty Stomach)
- 1 capsule (40 mg) NOW Foods UC-II Joint Health

this is fine for general health but that is a high dose of zinc and if you take 50mg long term you will deplete your copper levels. consider taking it 2 or 3 times a week instead if you must. Or get a 15-30mg zinc supplement with 1-2mg copper. Other than that your stack is unremarkable. I’m not too bought into collagen I think your body just breaks it down like any other protein, no? Unflavored gelatin is cheaper generally by the way and as far as I know is essentially the same. Most Americans are deficient in magnesium, that’s probably a safe bet. And vitamin C is a good, cheap preventative. Before taking anything consider if it is worth it to you or if you could simply improve your diet. For me, it’s simply d3+k2, magnesium, creatine.

There's two explanations then
Either you're a medication/drug addict, or you wont admit having a carence or lack of nutrients because you dont consume x or y food. Nonetheless enjoy your liver and kidney problems. Im sure ingesting that shit is beneficial.

Vitamin C is not necessary and you will just piss it out. Zinc at 50mg is too high of dosage, and even at a lower dosage zinc needs to be cycled.
200mg of magnesium is on the low end, recommendations for supplementation are in the 350-400mg range (but honestly it's fine).
Add vitamin D, 3000 IE minimum.
Also add some omega 3 (make sure the supplement has a 2:1 DHA/EPA ratio).

Looked it up and it's some meme supplement that's just calcium and seaweed. Not necessary unless you're 65 years old.

It could be a lot of things, anon. Iron deficiency is more likely if you are a biologic woman. Could be a b12 deficiency. If you have access to a doctor it’s really easy to go get blood work just explain your symptoms and tell them you think you have a deficiency. If you don’t have a doctor or insurance I believe you can just pay for that kind of testing out of pocket through labcorp or similar.

Get blood work done if and see if you're actually deficient in iron before taking supplements for it. Too much iron can lead to health problems as well. As for your symptoms could be a million things. Feeling tired + brittle nails and hair could be a zinc deficiency. Could be a thyroid issue as well like you said. Could be any number of things.
