After my first 5 weeks in the gym I've gained 5kgs, lost my 6 pack and hollow cheeks and screwed my wsr by gaining 4cm in my waist while not really increasing my shoulders in any meaningful way despite training them like my life depends on it.I used to be able to maintain 10-12% bodyfat while keeping muscle on with minimal calisthenics, now I just can't stop eating 1.5-2k calories on top of my maintenence with occasional tries to go on a cut followed by binges.I tried doing lots of cardio, but it only made the hunger worse.I tried only keeping diet food at home but the only thing that changed is I overeat on sour apples, frozen berries, carrots and raw protein powder instead of chips or sour gummies which leads to tummy hurty Idk what to do, my strength did increase a lot and my muscles feel bigger for sure, I even maxxed out my 1st maschine for 12 reps yesterday but I look much worse then when I started and the whole point of gym for me is to look better.
My advised solution would be commiting suicide
