i would know cause i used to crunch 50kgs easily on sets until i was shown a proper form. now i am humbled by 35-37.5 for sets and i feel my abs like never before
i cant really explain it without a proper visualization but try to sort of push your hips forward and lock your arms and back, no further than 0.5 meter away from the cable station
the rom should be fairly small so you only engage the abs
