Introspection is mostly hell and a waste of time. Meditation allows you to engage with reality and let your thoughts be thoughts instead of being tortured by your neurosis. For people like us I assume you have a rich inner world and a lot of inner conflict maybe you hear music 24/7 or an anime that reflects your life is constantly playing in your head or u have a million little thoughts playing out on each other and everything is so complex and layered. Well that's not good that doesn't make u unique just means ur trash bin is full of stupid shit, it's a surplus of enjoyment u suffer from that shit but u also enjoy it. However meditation allows all that stuff to just be insignificant it passes like when ur kidney is working it's just working the mind and thoughts are just a function of a organ / flesh computer just working. They don't mean much and u stop relating to them. Ur attachment to your thoughts stops which is incredible.

What u will get: insane quiet focus, social anxiety gone as you relate to the symbolic world in a way that is extremely healthy you aren't waiting for anyone to validate you.
Able to think clearly in high stress situations.

When you talk u can just talk without waiting for validation that u are doing it right from the "big other" society females etc.

So meditate an hour a day and if any of u are occult fags this is actual magic all that other shit is just varying weaker ways of achieving this through ritual (ritual is a attempt to guarantee an outcome and close the gap between u and ur desire and is actually a form of surplus enjoyment a painful excess a procrastination)

Anyways meditate an hour a day it's one of the only actual spiritual paths that is real. Real as fuck. Because it's not really spiritual the effects are just so dramatic it feels like u have a cheat code.

How to meditate, sit with your eyes comfortably almost closed while looking slightly down your eyes should just be generally looking at nothing in particular.

Concentrate on your breathing don't worry about stopping thinking or anything just pay attention to your breathing follow the breath. When u get off track and u are in like a mind day dream which will happen it's no big deal the key here is to kindly and gently bring your attention back to the breath. And that's it.

Why this works? Ur breath acts as a anchor point for your attention concentrate on it long enough and u will start to see your thoughts passing u like ur standing on a dock watching waves. This allows you to slowly detatch from identifying with your brain noise.

Why do you want to be kind when returning to the breath? U will build a habit of being kind when u return to a task in real life. When u get distracted off of something when ur doing it. U will kindly and gently return to it without hurting yourself (beating yourself up)
