In an ideal form, this is no issue as you are mostly upright. But if shit goes south, it goes south real quick. Dude is right, belt squats completely remove the stress on your spine. This is 1 reason why I call human intellect a double edged sword. We invented the wheel barrow and shit long before evolution could select for sturdier spinal columns. There simply were not enough opportunities where ancient man would be lifting a ton of weight, often enough, in a really stupid fucking way, so that they would throw their backs out & die before procreating. So, no, just cause the human body can tolerate a thing, does not make it ok to do ad infinitum under any conditions.
